The root cause is no expected "accepted/tizen_common" branch in remote git 
"platform/framework/web/wrt-installer", which expected some maintenance work by 
admins.

Ed, I heard about you will help to add all the missing "accepted/tizen_common" 
branches for git trees with errors, how about the progress?

There should be some missing branches in this git tree, because recent
Generic->Common naming transitions.
