Maybe you should update your repo meta data, otherwise mic can’t see it.

If libcairo in your repo doesn’t need libEGL and libGLESv2, then you can remove 
the dependencies in spec file, and rebuild the libcairo package;
else find out which packages provide the Requires and get them in your repo to 
fix it.
