In general, the guidance is (like explained in the wiki): ask the
maintainer to submit a new release in Tizen:IVI:

gbs submit -c <desired commit> -t tizen_ivi -m 'I want this version in IVI
too'

However, we have an activity ongoing to bring Common vs. IVI delta 0 any
day now.
