If you take a fresh image that has no alterations, and then plug in both a vga monitor and one with the DP adapter you should see a desktop on both. If not, your adapter may be bad. These adapters are also known to be finicky unfortunately, try wiggling it.

Still unable to get the VTC 1010 to display anything on the screen. I have disable the VGA with the kernel option. I've added the rule to direct the touch events. I've corrected the weston.ini file mode for DP1. This could be a lower level problem because I am not able to see the boot process. -- Art McGee Infotainment Engineer Jaguar Land Rover One World Trade Center, 121 Southwest Salmon Street, 11th Floor, Portland, Oregon, 97204 -- Art McGee Infotainment Engineer Jaguar Land Rover One World Trade Center, 121 Southwest Salmon Street, 11th Floor, Portland, Oregon, 97204
