There are two WIP branches[1]:

+ sandbox/lstelmach/tizen-v212
+ kdbus-integration

both based on systemd v212 (and moving to 215 shouldn't be too
diffcoult). Unfortunately this version can't work well with aul-1 which
needs[2] to be fixed.
