Hi,

I remember having a similar issue because I have two different emails registered. It looks like you are in a similar situation. You probably have a "main" email that can't be removed and a second one that you are using right now to sign your commits. If that's the case either use the "main" email or remove then add again the second one in your Gerrit settings, after that it worked for me.
