Hi Philippe, If I am not mistaken Kodi/XBMC uses ffmpeg as media engine. So to get hardware acceleration on that platform(Intel NUC) VAAPI should be used, correct?
But for Tizen it looks preferable to reuse gstreamer to have single media engine. Not familiar with XBMC but maybe it can be configured for external player.
