I would like to mention that the reason of this spec "acrobatics" is
that those qt sources are built not only for Tizen 3.0. They are built
by community for Tizen 2.2.1 and Tizen 2.3 Wearable to play with
developer devices (outside  tizen's OBS - using gbs).

It would be wonderful if Tizen 2.* and Tizen 3.0 would share the same
obs prjconf template. Additionally as Phil said we could move some
configuration to obs (like gstreamer version). I will go though
sources today and will try to point a few cases.
