Hi Anoop,
May I suggest that you try a build with the latest version of the layers
(you can use our script to generate a new up to date project) ?
If you still want to keep working with an older version you should check
what version of weston is used and from which layer it comes from as
explained in my latest mail.
Also, we can't reproduce your issue without the exact git revisions of
the layers your are using.

I quickly looked at the weston and weston-common recipes
and it
looks like weston isn't providing weston.ini (weston-common
provides it) so there shouldn't be a conflict between
those two
packages.
Are you sure you are using weston from Tizen ? If you are
using a
recent version of meta-tizen, weston version should be 1.5 not
1.4, maybe the error comes from here.
