Hi, Tizen 3 does not support out of memory (OOM) killer or memory swap out, so when system is under high memory usage, it will become unstable, .e.g. the weston server will crash when launch one more weston-terminal application, and Crosswalk runtime also catch the similar crash issue at this condition which is described in https://crosswalk-project.org/jira/browse/XWALK-2908.
