It seems great to me because most of opensource packages are never updated 
since Anas initiated them.

Unfortunately, I can't access the Google docs due to our security reason. So, 
I'll update the document at home or notice to you if I upgrade the packages.

Actually, I upgraded glib and elfutils to latest version. The glib was upgraded 
by Philippe Coval. (Thx Philippe)
 Glib: 2.38.2 -> 2.43.1
 Elfutils: 0.155 -> 0.160

I'll also try to upgrade other packages from latest version or your sandbox 
branch.
