What is yocto equivalent of

git clone git://git.tizen.org/platform/upstream/systemd.git
cd systemd
gbs build -A armv7l

I hope there it is possible to build a single package. Rebuilding and
flashing the whole image (I suppose it's not required, but wiki has
nothing to say about it) just to test a one line patch does not seem
convenient.
