For tizen 2.1, 2.2, there was a
guide(https://wiki.tizen.org/wiki/Enable_3D_Acceleration_on_Tizen) to
get GL things.
But as I know, it's not ready for tizen 3.0 yet.
I hope it's going to be prepared as soon as possible.
