All branches were updated. All know build blockers are fixed and the
tizen-ivi-Modello images should be configured exactly as in Tizen, in
particular the right tlm configs should now be in place.

The 32 bit kernel issue (BYT-99) should also be fixed.

So far, I have only tested building the 64 image with these revised
recipes. I'll move on to building 32 and testing of booting on real
hardware.
