Hello There were two possible mechanisms of logging: - to systemd-journal (forwarding) - to Android logger FIFO (/dev/log_*) Both was implemented in libdlog and selected in build time by macro dlog_to_systemd_journal. Default was forwarding to journal. Commit e14c322e3 removed this alternative and left only the first mechanism. It causes a problem because journal consumes too much time of CPU, (scanning and reading /proc, calculating hashes etc) especially it is not acceptable on small devices.
