run Tizen with Wayland/Weston with GL acceleration on RD-PQ:

The hardware of RD-PQ is similar to the development board Odroid U3.

I think you should be able to build and run Tizen 3.0 Mobile
profile on all devices supported for Tizen:Common: Intel NUC,
MinnowBoard MAX, and several ARM boards which are described at the
