Hi folks, This vote is for releasing Livy 0.8.0 based on RC2. Following the first release candidate, we made some changes to address the licensing issues on the Incubator vote. We updated the dates in the NOTICE file, removed Category X licenses where possible, and verified that the remaining artifacts are dual-licensed and added a process to update the THIRD-PARTY file accordingly.
The vote will be open until Thur Sep 28, 23:59 UTC and will pass with a minimum of 3 +1 binding votes and a majority of positive votes.
