In this case I'd prefer to leave it as is, adding the (Incubating) really
clutters up the website. I'll close my PR.

I believe the most important thing is to have the incubator disclaimer on
the pages, and that is available on the bottom of the page.
The Incubator website guidelines don't say anything about explicitly
calling it incubator on the title.
