That is unlikely to help. The Clock object was supposed to be accurate to
whatever the granularity is of the system clock. Unfortunately, In Java 8 it is
only accurate to milliseconds. So I would expect that get getNano() will return
a value that is only accurate to that. This was fixed in Java 9.
