On Cygwin/Linux:

md5sum <FILENAME>
and compare the to contents of the .md5 file

sha1sum <FILENAME>
and compare the to contents of the .sha1 file

Then:

gpg --verify <ASC_FILE> <ZIP_FILE>

and eyeball the output.
