To make it easier to process a stream of log events from JsonLayout, it should
be possible to have them terminated by a 0-byte.
If possible, implement in AbstractJacksonLayout and apply to XmlLayout and
YamlLayout as well.
Similar to what we just implemented for GelfLayout.
