Description:
There are probably various ways to configure log4net, among them:
* appsettings.json
* app.config
* in code directly by invoking Configure()
* .. more?
This task is about finding out how to enable log4net's internal debug logging
in each of those configurations. This should then be consolidated in the
documentation to give future users a place to look up this information.
