Yes. I have gone through a bit of Jira and picked off the ones that I felt I 
could reasonably do.  We still have a couple of unit tests failing on Windows 
that need to be fixed before a release. I am working on that now. After that is 
complete I can start a release.

I haven’t built the web site in a while. I will have to do that and make sure 
there aren’t any problems that have crept in but that is all part of the normal 
pre-release process.
