Spring Boot 3 and log4j-spring boot

I have submitted https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/pull/32425 to 
move the Spring Boot support into Spring Boot. If it is accepted 
log4j-spring-boot should NOT be used with Spring Boot 3.
