If simple web crawlers receive either an HTTP redirect or the original
content, I am good with every change.

I see the logic behind `/javadoc.html` having the same prefix as
`/javadoc/log4j-api` and `/javadoc/log4j-core`, but I don't think the
difference is essential. Besides, most users think that "google
"facebook", click here, here and here" is a good way to reference
contents and they do not know what an URL is.
