I have succeeded in convincing INFRA to create a NuGet organization (INFRA-25617) <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-25617> that we can move our .NET projects to. As a result, INFRA has created the `asf` NuGet organization and added existing members of the `Apache.Logging` organization to there.
*Jan, Davyd, Dominik, you should have received an invitation to join the `asf` NuGet organization. Could you accept it and respond to this mail, please?* Consequently, I will remove the `Apache.Logging` organization and make necessary website changes. For those interested, this change doesn't affect the Log4Net NuGet package coordinates. Hence, no visible change from users' point of view. See INFRA-25617 for the rationale and other details.
