PMC Meeting in December

Hi all,

I think we should have a PMC meeting in December to summarize what we 
achieved in 2024. How does Sunday, 15th sound?

A rapid draft of the agenda might be:

* Status of Log4cxx.

* Status of Log4net.

* Status of Log4j and future plans. Note that starting January 2025, 
neither Volkan nor me will be working on Log4j in our dayjob, so we need 
to set some achievable goals.
