* remove the following FragmentsBuilder wrappers
** MultiColoredScoreOrderFragmentsBuilder.java
** MultiColoredSimpleFragmentsBuilder.java
* use Encoder
* enable {Simple|ScoreOrder}FragmentsBuilder wrappers to be set pre/postTags
via parameters
