There are some contributions to Solr that address this; you might want to 
search for JIRA tickets in https://issues.apache.org/jira.  LCF has a model of 
document security you may also find interesting, and contributions have been 
made which enforce this security within Solr as well.

for which he has permissions? The user management is done through a LDAP
