Also, I like that you detect 0-bytes on close!  However, I'm not sure it's 
working right.  EG line 1,017,585 has this:

But then shortly thereafter (line 1,017,604) I see that _65.fnm is 1749 bytes 
long.  Maybe the code you added for this warning is failing to take into 
account the buffered bytes?  Ie, instead of calling file.length() you should 
call IndexOutput.getFilePointer()?  Hmm, but if you call file.length() after 
the file really is closed... then that ought to be correct.
