Any time there's a release, I tend to look at the Changes.html file (
https://lucene.apache.org/solr/4_6_1/changes/Changes.html), it's a handy
link to look up the changes as soon as you get the mail, especially on
mobile. It would be nice if our release announcements had the link instead
of the 'please look up CHANGES.txt'..
