The benchmarks that we ran were with luceneutil:
http://code.google.com/a/apache-extras.org/p/luceneutil/. Actually, Mike did
all the running on his beast machine, so perhaps he can share the command to
execute in order to run the benchmarks. The results that you get are more
clear. Separately, would be good if we had a single benchmarking package,
whether it's luceneutil or lucene/benchmark...
