Looks like the ALLOW_SSL property doesn't get reset to true in the afterClass
method (should replace sslConfig = null; in SolrTestCaseJ4). Other than that, I
don't see any glaring issues - have a timeline for pushing this to the 4.x
branch? If there are any outstanding issues you would like me to look at just
let me know.
