this came up in an [elasticsearch
issue|https://github.com/elasticsearch/elasticsearch/issues/5104] that if you
pull _#ramBytesUsed()_ while docvalues are loaded in a seperate thread you see
a _ConcurrentModificationException_ here is an example:
