The patch is for trunk.. in general it should apply pretty cleanly as most of
the code is in a separate package.. but.. there are a few files/apis that have
changed so it's not likely to apply cleanly.. I am going to be working on
moving to 4.6.x this week so maybe I'll try and make a clean 4.6.1 patch..
currently pivot facet behavior is not supported, however its totally doable,
just need to do the work...
