I agree that it's clunky.
Hm, maybe we make TokenFilterFactory itself implement ResourceLoaderAware, and
make inform() final there? Which does the allowExternalResource checks, and
then delegates the loader, wrapped or not, to an abstract doInform() class.
It's a back-compat breaking change though.
