Deprecations for 4x.
This doesn't touch:
SlowFuzzyQuery -- deprecated anyways
FuzzyTermsEnum -- on the theory that if you're extending this, you know what's
coming
EDismax in Solr -- ditto
I'm not even sure we need these added deprecations in 4x, but I attach this if
the community would like to add them.
