I don't know how to make ivy pull from a remote Ivy cache, so I instead put up
the v0.11.0 {{org/kitesdk/}} section of my {{~/.m2/repository/}} here:
http://people.apache.org/~sarowe/.m2repo/ and modified
{{lucene/ivy-settings.xml}} to pull from there. After I deleted my
{{~/.ivy2/cache/}}, {{ant resolve}} succeeded for me, so it appears to work.

I've committed the {{lucene/ivy-settings.xml}} change to trunk.
I agree, but why not branch_4x too? It's also affected.
