Do we know where this magic number of 10000 is defined. Now the position
increments (0,1, 2 etc.) is the value getPositionIncrementGap() for the
particular analyzer, but I did not notice 10000 being used as the start offset
(I'm on Lucene4258 trunk, may be things different there ?).
Also, seems like there are more pressing issues with the patch, apart from
this. Do we have all the issues and limitations for the patch listed anywhere ?
