Hi Yonik; I use Gmail too and I've divided dev e-mails with filters and assigned them labels. I have dev(includes everything), dev-jira, and dev-filtered (does not include jira e-mails). Also you can filter for VOTE, CONF, JENKINS or etc too. So it is easy to focus on what you want.
