how about this?
thought first about adding another link, but figured that "Documentation"
pointing to the homepage is perhaps not the best idea anyway?
at the initial load of the UI, a few lines javascript are checking if
{{/javadoc/}} is available on the same machine, if not, the link gets changed
to the published javadocs on l.a.o
