Hey, all test pass on Windows with {{tests.directory=*FSDirectory}}, too!
We should craefully explain users in the CHANGES.txt or release note that the
lock files stay alive. Also for users changing from NativeFSLockFactory to
SimpleFSLockFactory (e.g. because they use broken NFS), we should explain that
they have to remove the lock file after changing the impl.
We should also add a comment to the new ant task, so it shows up in core's "ant
-projecthelp".
