For the record, i just want to outline my concerns: I am worried if this is
removed, that with it is the possibility of reproducible tests at all.
If its moved to test-framework, it might become a second class citizen, or
whatever.
Today we use CMS sometimes in tests, I think we should not do this (or do it
far less).
Its incredibly frustrating to have a test failure that does not reproduce. Not
everyone has the hardware or the patience to run tests thousands of times and
debug things that only fail 1/1000 times.
