LimitTokenCountFilter and LimitTokenCountFilter have consumeAllTokens option. Any interest to add it to OffsetLimitTokenFilter too? It looks like there is a bug (SOLR-5426) in OffsetLimitTokenFilter that causes : end() called before incrementToken() returned false!
