There are multiple parts to this ticket.
# Get all collections in the cloud panel
# Display collections in pages rather than one large single page
# And a way to 'search' for a particular collection
#1 is a must for 5473 . I have tested the other two and they are working . Just
not sure if the latest patch is attached with this jira
