We have set mm=100% and q.op=AND
deftype=edismax
When we run the following queries we get different results:
1. banking (obama lloyds) behaves as banking AND (obama OR lloyds)
2. banking obama lloyds behaves as banking AND obama AND lloyds
My expectations are that #1 should behave same as #2.
