This patch does the following:
* Adds group Lucene with subgroups Analysis, Core, and Other
* Adds group Solr with subgroup Contrib
* Adds module for backward-codecs (will not be there for backport to 4x)
* Conslidate lucene-core, codecs, solr-core and solrj to include their
resources, removing the previous resource specific modules.
Steve, if you could try this out, I was having trouble getting solrj tests to
run within intellij (fails to compile not finding lucene core stuff). So I
probably have a bug in this somewhere.
