Right, the purpose was more general... streaming in general regardless of what
you're doing with the docs being streamed. We should always be aiming for more
general, not more specific. If there's something missing, or a limitation, we
should first consider modifying/enhancing StreamingResponseCallback. If
StreamingResponseCallback is somehow just to limiting in general, then it
should be deprecated and we should move onto a better way.
