[~varunthacker] The core admin call is in addition to the 'createCollection'
and the 'deletereplica'. It's good to test that as DeleteReplica uses
CoerAdminUnload. We could add another non-cloud test that just validates a
CoreAdmin UNLOAD working as expected too.
