Description: ExitableDirectoryReader tests are failing as they enumerate
over the terms in less than 1ms (min timeAllowed value that case be set). Need
to fix this. (was: Need to document Query timeout during TermsEnumeration
(SOLR-5986).
Query can now be made to timeout during requests that involve TermsEnumeration
as opposed to only Doc Collection i..e During search as well as MLT handler
usage.)
